Winners

Golden Eye for Best Feature Film

For the courage to tell a personal story while preserving the essence of storytelling, and for its ability to transmit emotions. An actual case of ‘Necessary Cinema’, that sheds light on the devastating consequences that societal flaws and prejudices inflict upon individuals.

Silver Eye for Best Visual Storytelling

Goes to The Noise of Engines by Philippe Grégoire.

For the remarkable incorporation of visual cues, both in their presence and absence, which results in a mastery of suspense. For stylishly echoing the imagery of Daft Punk, Drive, and the Nouvelle Vague, while preserving a perfect balance between homage and playful exploration of new narratives.
